The Best Evansville Residential Plumbing Contractors
This past year, my wife and I finally got to realize our dreams and build a new custom home to retire in. The best part was that a good friend of ours is a general contractor and volunteered to do the project at a very reduced cost! The only complication to the project was that our friend is a licensed general contractor and electrician, but did not possess the required license to do the plumbing work for our home. This was an issue because we had planned a total of 4 bathrooms for the house including a luxurious master bath with a large Jacuzzi tub and glass shower, two guest bathrooms also with Jacuzzi tubs, and a small half-bath off of the great room.
There were also some specific plumbing requirements for the kitchen and the landscaping of the home with a full yard sprinkler system and several outside valves to connect additional water hoses.
My general contractor made a list of Evansville residential plumbing contractors for me to review and circled some of the companies that he had previously worked with. The company I chose came highly recommended by my friend and several other people that I knew who had used them for plumbing repairs in the past.
The time that it took to locate the right company paid off as they were able to recommend the installation of a split meter which is a special tap where you connect large water consuming items such as your swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and yard sprinkler systems. These items use water that is not returned to the water treatment system for the cities services and is billed at a lower rate on my bill as I am not returning this water to the city for processing. This one item has easily saved me and hundreds of dollars over the past year.
My wife and I really enjoy living in our dream home in our lifestyle is all the sweeter because of our crazy over-the-top bathrooms and are split meter system that allows us to keep our lawn and garden looking great!
